Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive the files on the purchase page.

2. Are your presets for Lightroom Mobile or Desktop?

We offer presets for both! 

3. Can I use these presets on videos?

Our presets are designed for photos only. If you need video filters (LUTs), we may release those in the future.

4. What if the preset doesn’t look good on my photo?

Presets work differently on each photo based on lighting, colors, and quality. Sometimes small adjustments (like exposure, temperature, or contrast) are needed to make them fit your style.

5. Can I share or resell the presets?

No. All presets are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing (free or paid) is not allowed.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. 

7. I’m having trouble installing the presets. Can you help?
